After reading the QR code generated on APP, the camera will make voice prompts to guide you to finish setup process. Below are voice prompts and meanings as well as solutions:
1. Connecting to Wi-Fi( It takes about 30 seconds)
a. Wi-Fi connection failed, password is wrong
Solution: Enter the correct wifi password
b. Wi-Fi connection failed, error code 1
Reason: Wi-Fi not found, poor wifi signal/5G wifi connected( camera support 2.4g wifi only)
Solution: Make sure the router is close, check the antenna and improve wifi signal. Make sure it is under 2.4g wifi.
c. Wi-Fi connection failed, error code 2
Reason: Found wifi, not connected.
Solution: Make sure the router is close, restart the router. Check if the router has white/black list
2. Obtaining IP address( It takes about 10 seconds)
Obtain IP address failed
Solution: Restart the router, make sure it's under 2.4g wifi. Check if the router has white/black list
3. Connecting to server
Server connection failed
Solution: Restart the router, make sure it's under 2.4g wifi. Check if the router has white/black list
4. Registering device
Registration failed
Solution: Re-add the camera from the beginning again
5.Connected successfully, please bind your account on the app
Camera connected to service, wait the APP binding.
