Why can I play it fluently when I’m at home, but it works bad when I’m outside? What are the required bandwidth of the device?

The WiFi Camera real-time play has four modes: HD, Balance, Smooth and Automatic;

  • Real-time viewing while in HD mode, we recommend the upstream bandwidth of network is 150KB/s, the downstream bandwidth is 150KB/s.
  • Real-time viewing while in Balance mode, we recommend the upstream bandwidth of network is 80KB/s, the downstream bandwidth is 80KB/s.
  • Real-time viewing while in Smooth mode, we recommend the upstream bandwidth of network is 50KB/s, the downstream bandwidth is 50KB/s.
  • Real-time viewing while in Automatic mode, the doorbell will detect the bandwidth capability of the network to choose the corresponding modes to transmit data automatically.
