If your device experiences frequent disconnections, please follow these steps:

Check your Wi-Fi signal strength and make sure it is stable and strong.

Restart your router.

Turn off the camera by pressing and holding the power button, and then turn it on again. The camera will reconnect automatically. If it doesn't work, try to insert a pin into the reboot hole next to the power button to hard reset your camera.
