Netvue.com is for shopping only.
If you forgot your password, please reset it in APP. When you try to log in to your account on APP, there is a "Forgot password" icon under the "Log in " icon.
After tapping it, instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to your email, there you can reset your password, and check on the spam folder if it cannot be found.
