- Adjust Detection Sensitivity: Set the "Detection Sensitivity" to "High" in the camera settings. This will extend the range at which the PIR sensor can detect movements. Lower sensitivity settings like "Low" or "Medium" may make it more difficult for the camera to be triggered.
To adjust sensitivity:
- Tap on the camera's "setting" icon.
- Select "Motion Detection" from the menu.
- Tap on "Detection Sensitivity" and choose "High".

Set Cooldown Time to 0 seconds: A cooldown time allows a certain period to pass before the camera can be triggered again. By setting the cooldown time to 0 seconds, you can ensure that the camera is ready to capture subsequent movements without delay.

Optimal Camera Placement: Install the camera at a height of approximately 7 feet (2.1 meters) and tilted downwards at an angle of 10° to 15°. This positioning tends to provide the best performance for the motion detector.

Consider Distance from Camera: The motion detector typically works best for movements occurring within a range of 5 to 20 feet (1.5 to 6 meters) from the camera. Keep this in mind when positioning the camera to ensure optimal detection.
