To troubleshoot the issue of blurry camera footage, please check the following possible reasons one by one:

Ensure that the protective film covering the lens has been removed.

Check the camera lens for scratches or damage. Make sure the lens surface is clean and free from obstructions.

Poor network conditions can affect image quality. In standard definition mode (720p), the image may appear blurrier compared to high-definition mode (1080p).
- To obtain a better live feed, For Netvue APP :click the fullscreen button in the bottom right corner of the live view interface and switch from standard definition mode (720p) to high-definition mode (1080p). For Netvue Next APP: click the Auto on the right corner in live feed page to change the definition mode. Keep in mind that high-definition mode will consume more network data (bandwidth) and battery power.
