If your motion detection videos are less than 20 seconds long (30 seconds if you have subscribed to Event Video Recording), please follow these steps:

Check your Wi-Fi signal strength on your device.

If it is weak, move your device closer to your router or reboot your router.

If it is strong, check if you have set a cooldown time for motion detection. If you have, change it to 0 seconds. If you have not, contact support@birdfy.com and they will assist you with the issue.
