Camera is not charging

Light status when charging:
Birdfy nest: Slowly flashing Yellow
Birdfy hum feeder: Slowly flashing red
Birdfy feeder: Solid yellow

Camera doesn't charge fully：
The following are possible reasons why the device is not charging fully. Please go through the troubleshooting steps to see if
they can resolve the issue:
  1. Charging cable or adapter issue: Please note that the specifications of the charging head should be DC 5V/2A. Check if the charging cable and adapter are damaged or faulty. Try using different charging cables and adapters to charge the device.
  2. Charging port issue: Check if there is any dust, dirt, or damage in the charging port of the camera. Clean the charging port and ensure a secure connection of the charging cable to ensure proper charging.
  3. Insufficient charging time: Please ensure that the charging time is not less than 10 hours.
Camera doesn't charge at all：

  1. Charging cable or adapter issue: Please note that the specifications of the charging head should be DC 5V/2A. Check if the charging cable and adapter are damaged or faulty. Try using different charging cables and adapters to charge the device.
  2. Charging port issue: Check if there is any dust, dirt, or damage in the charging port of the camera. Clean the charging port and ensure a secure connection of the charging cable to ensure proper charging.
  3. The camera is stuck and needs to be reset: There is a reset hole next to the power button on the back of camera. Please use a pin to poke into the hole and reset the camera first. After resetting, use a 5V/2A charger to charge the camera.
