If your device is offline, it will automatically reconnect. However, if it remains offline for more than 24 hours, please power off the device and then reconnect it.
-
If you're still unable to reconnect, try reconfiguring the Wi-Fi settings. Go to the camera's settings, navigate to General > Wi-Fi Settings, and start the offline setup. You should hear cheerful music indicating that the device is online again.
-
In situations where you're unable to implement the first two solutions (such as when you're not near the camera), the camera will automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi. Please be patient and wait for the camera to come back online.
Notes:
-
An unstable Wi-Fi signal can cause the camera to frequently go offline. You can verify this by checking the Wi-Fi analysis in the settings. If the signal is weak, we recommend moving the device closer to the router for a stronger signal or using a different device with a stronger 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal. Alternatively, you can consider adding a Wi-Fi extender.
-
Check if your router is connected to too many devices. The camera may not function properly if the router is overloaded.
-
Ensure that there are no microwaves, large metal objects, or excessive walls between the camera and the router. If necessary, try rebooting the router to clear up any network issues.
