For APP:

Please click the "Protect plans" section >My Subscriptions > select the plan >Subscription details> Payment Method, then you could add a new credit card for payment.

For Website:

Please log into your Netvue account on My.netvue.com( Not netvue.com) and click  Payment method, there you can change your card information
