If you hear a high-pitched squealing sound when viewing the live video stream from your Netvue camera, your mobile device that is streaming the video is too close to the camera and is creating an audio feedback loop.

To stop the feedback loop, mute the video by tapping or clicking the Netvue speaker icon in the live feed controls at the bottom of the video view. You can also stop the feedback loop by moving your mobile device farther away from the Netvue camera.
