1. If the camera only moves up and down or left and right or failed in one direction, try to reboot the camera and log out from your account, and then have one more try. If nothing works, contact customer service for replacing the camera.
2. The camera won't move in any direction
2.1:The reason might be camera is connected to a Local Network instead of wifi, which makes the live feed is working. Try to disconnect your phone from wifi check if camera goes offline, if the camera goes offline at the same time, figure out why the camera failed to connect to wifi:
A: Your home wifi is 5g
B: You blocked the camera on your router setting.
2.2: Netvue APP is not connecting to IoT server, contact customer service for more help.
