We have 2 solutions to find camera's MAC address.

(Please note: IOS phone will not show "connected devices" information.)

1.  We need an Android phone.

Turn on Android phone's personal hotspot, simply consider this hotspot as a WIFI.

2. Use another mobile device (phone/tablet) to connect this hotspot.

3. Start installation on mobile device's NETVUE application.

Heard cheerful music- finish installtion. Then go back to hotspot setting page - connected devices, you can see a phone's MAC address and a camera's MAC address.
